Instructions
  1. Season salmon filets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, water, vinegar, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  3. Heat large skillet to medium heat with oil. Pan fry the salmon until half done. You can cover with a lid to quicken the cooking time.
  4. Add garlic to the pan until slightly brown. Spoon the sauce over the salmon and reduce heat. Serve over rice or fresh green salad!
