Grilled Beef Kabobs

Beef Kabobs 3 If you want a super easy way to make delicious Beef Kabobs, this is it.  I have to give my mom credit on this one.  She does have some awesome skills on the grill.

I found boneless beef ribs on sale at the store for a great price but I didn’t really know what to do with them other than marinate and throw on the grill.  My mom happened to be in the kitchen with me, so I asked her what she thought.  Right away she says “Beef Kabobs!”

If you are not sure what boneless beef ribs look like…here they are.  At my local grocery store, they are usually priced at $5 per pound.  So for a $10, you can make enough Kabobs for the whole family.  Which is actually a really good price for a tender cut of beef.

Boneless Beef Ribs

To assemble, you need to cut the portions into 1 in cubes and marinate the beef for 2-3 hours at a minimum.  If you want flavorful beef, then you gotta marinate. Also, if you are using bamboo skewers, you will need to soak those in water as well.  This prevents the flames of the grill to burn right through them.  If you are using metal skewers, then you don’t have to worry about that.

To assemble, alternate the beef with grill-appropriate vegetables such as peppers and onions.  I have also made Kabobs with pineapples and zucchini squash.  Those also perform well on the grill.

My family loves these Kabobs and I am sure you will too!

Enjoy!
